QMeet Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using QMeet, including Qupid introductions, chat features, safety tools, and beta access.
Effective June 12, 2026 · Version 2026-06-12
1. Using QMeet and accepting these Terms
QMeet helps people meet through thoughtful introductions. Qupid can introduce people with context and help the conversation begin, but you choose what to share, who to continue with, and how to communicate.
By creating an account or using QMeet, you accept these Terms (version 2026-06-12) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use QMeet.
2. Adults only
QMeet is for people who are at least 18 years old. You may not use QMeet if you are under 18, and you may not create an account for someone who is under 18.
3. Beta access and availability
QMeet may be offered as a closed beta, limited beta, or otherwise limited release. Features, cities, invitation access, Qupid behavior, and availability may change as we test and improve the product. We may pause, limit, or end beta access where needed for reliability, safety, legal, or product reasons.
4. Your account and sign-in
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@qmeet.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.
QMeet supports sign-in with Google and Apple. Your use of those options is also subject to Google's and Apple's own terms and privacy policies; we receive only the identifiers needed to create or access your QMeet account.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, your content, and your conduct. You agree to:
- provide accurate account, age, and profile information;
- keep your account credentials secure;
- communicate respectfully and honestly;
- respect other people's boundaries and decisions;
- use report, block, and unmatch tools when needed; and
- contact support if you see a safety or account issue.
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, abuse, shame, or intimidate anyone;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are;
- post or send illegal, hateful, violent, or exploitative content;
- share sexual content involving minors or any content connected to sexual exploitation;
- spam, scam, solicit, or manipulate other users;
- scrape, copy, harvest, or automate access to QMeet;
- attempt to bypass safety, security, or moderation systems; or
- use QMeet for illegal activity or to cause harm.
6. User content
You are responsible for the profile information, photos, messages, reports, and other content you submit through QMeet. You should only share content you have the right to share and that complies with these Terms.
You keep ownership of your content. You allow QMeet to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the product, provide introductions and chat features, support safety, and provide user support.
7. Safety tools and account restrictions
QMeet may provide tools to report, block, unmatch, or contact support. We may review reports and safety signals, remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts if we believe there is a rule violation, safety risk, abuse, legal issue, or misuse of the service.
Safety tools help, but they cannot guarantee that every interaction will be safe or comfortable. Use judgment when sharing personal information or meeting someone outside QMeet.
8. Qupid introductions
Qupid supports introductions and conversation guidance. Qupid does not guarantee outcomes, compatibility, romance, friendship, employment, safety, or that any conversation will continue. QMeet does not verify everything users say about themselves, and users remain responsible for their own decisions and conduct.
Qupid is here to support introductions with context, not to make life decisions for users.
9. Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account at any time from within QMeet or by contacting support. We may terminate or restrict your account if you violate these Terms, create risk for others, misuse QMeet, or if we need to do so for legal, safety, or operational reasons.
After deletion or termination, your direct personal data and login credentials are deleted or replaced with a non-identifying placeholder and your account can no longer sign in; a limited set of de-identified records may be retained where needed for safety, fraud prevention, support, legal compliance, or dispute resolution, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Future paid features
QMeet may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or other purchase options later. If we do, we will provide the applicable price, renewal, cancellation, refund, and platform terms before you buy. These Terms do not create active payment obligations for features that have not been implemented.
11. Service disclaimers
QMeet is provided as available. We work to make the service useful, reliable, and safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific introductions, specific outcomes, or that every user action will be detected or prevented.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, QMeet is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of QMeet. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of QMeet, your content, or your violation of these Terms or other people's rights. This does not apply where the law does not allow it, including mandatory consumer protections.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and consumer arbitration committees of Türkiye.
If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules and the competent consumer bodies of your country of residence (including in the European Economic Area) remain available to you and are not waived by this section.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as QMeet changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you through the app, website, email, or another appropriate channel, and — where required — ask you to accept the updated version.
16. Contact
